- How to Prepare: Sift half to one and a half teaspoons to strength preference of matcha into whisking bowl; Add 2 ounces of water heated to 180 degrees F; Using bamboo whisk, whisk vigorously in a zig zag pattern until all clumps dissolve and a nice froth is achieved; For a latte: combine whisked matcha with 6 oz of warm or cold milk; For an americano: combine whisked matcha with 6 ounces of hot water
